Returns and Exchanges
At The Panel and Paper Co, we offer a 28-day return policy. This means you have 28 days from the date you receive your order to return your items.
Our returns process works as follows: you have 14 days from when you receive your shipment to request a return or exchange. Once your return or exchange request is approved, you will then have an additional 14 days to send the items back to us.
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when you received them, with all original tags and packaging intact. Please also provide your receipt or proof of purchase.
Please be aware that we cannot accept returns on products that have been cut, had any type of finish applied, or have been installed in any way.
Return shipping costs are not covered by us if you decide you do not want the product or if there are minor colour variations from the images on our website, as wood is a natural material and colours may vary. If you want it to be picked up by us £24.99 delivery charges will be charged.
If your order included free delivery and you choose to return or reject the product due to change of mind or incorrect ordering, your refund will be for the product value minus the delivery charges.

Special Note on Specialist Panels
The 120×60 cm panel is a specialist product that requires two panels to be cut for completion. Due to its custom nature, we are unable to offer refunds on this item.
Damages and Issues
Please carefully inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.
Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If free shipping was applied to your order, a £15 per carton charge will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be aware that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund to your account.
